The model was from a nude reference book I have but I always add lots of stuff and extremes to waist lines and stuff like that. Tight lacing examples are easily found on the internet. Smallest recorded waist was 13 1/2inches. I have found pics of that waist it is impressive. But average tight lacing small is about 16in.
